GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

That’s A Wrap Vinyl – Car Wrap Giveaway

1. Promoter

This promotion is run by That’s A Wrap Vinyl, based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older
Entrants must be able to present their vehicle in Melbourne, VIC for installation
Employees, contractors, and immediate family of the promoter are not eligible

3. Promotion Period

The giveaway opens on 01/05/2026
Entries close at 11:59 PM AEST on 22/05/2026
Entries received after this time will not be valid

4. How to Enter (Paid Entry)

Entries are obtained by purchasing an entry pack via the official That’s A Wrap Vinyl website
Entry packs are as follows:
- 3 Entry Pack = 3 entries
- 10 Entry Pack = 10 entries
- 20 Entry Pack = 20 entries
Multiple purchases are permitted and will increase the total number of entries

5. Free Entry Method (No Purchase Necessary)
- Individuals may enter the promotion without making a purchase by submitting a valid entry via email to sales@tawv.com.au
- To enter, entrants must include:
  - Full name
  - Phone number
  - Email address
  - Residential postcode
  - A statement confirming they wish to enter the “That’s A Wrap Vinyl Giveaway”
- Each valid free entry will receive one (1) entry into the draw
- Free entries are limited to one (1) entry per person per day
- Entries must be received before the promotion closing date to be valid
- Free entry participants will have an equal chance of winning as paid entrants
  
  6. Prize
  - One (1) winner will receive a free standard vinyl wrap installation
  - Prize includes labour and standard wrap materials only
  Exclusions:
  - Custom designs, printed wraps, chrome, or specialty films may incur additional costs
  - Vehicle repairs, paint correction, rust removal, or panel work are not included
  - Travel, transport, or accommodation costs are not included
    
    7. Vehicle Requirements
    - The vehicle must be in suitable condition for wrapping
    - Vehicles with significant paint damage, rust, or failing clear coat may be deemed unsuitable
    - Final suitability is determined solely by That’s A Wrap Vinyl
    - If the vehicle is unsuitable, the prize may be forfeited or substituted at the promoter’s discretion
      
      8. Winner Selection & Notification
      - The winner will be selected at random within 7 days of the promotion closing
      - The winner will be contacted via email and/or phone
      - If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to redraw
        
        9. Prize Conditions
        
        The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash
        
        The prize must be redeemed within 3 months of the winner being announced (unless otherwise agreed)
        
        Installation dates are subject to availability
        
        10. Marketing & Promotion
        
        By entering, participants agree to allow That’s A Wrap Vinyl to use their name, vehicle images, and wrap content for promotional purposes
        
        This includes use across social media, website, and advertising
        
        11. Liability
        
        That’s A Wrap Vinyl is not responsible for:
        
        Damage arising from pre-existing vehicle conditions
        
        Delays due to events outside reasonable control
        
        Entrants participate at their own risk
      12. Compliance (Victoria, Australia)
      - This promotion is conducted in accordance with applicable laws in Victoria, Australia
      - By providing a free entry method, this promotion is structured to comply with trade promotion regulations
  13. General
  - The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if required
  - The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions
